Wistleblowing

Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing plays a crucial role in identifying violations of law and internal regulations applicable in ERGO Technology & Services S.A. Therefore, any person who has knowledge of or suspects irregularities is obliged to inform about them via one of the reporting channels.

Notification channels:

  1. Internal

    Anonymous

    - Via the local electronic whistleblowing system.

    - Through the ERGO Group's electronic whistleblowing system (BKMS, Business Keeper Monitoring System). Reports made through this channel are subject to separate ERGO Group procedures.

    E-mail

Reports can be made by sending an e-mail to sm-etspl-whistleblowing@ergo.com with the title ‘Irregularity’.

    Written in person

It is possible to report in writing in person, by submitting a Whistleblowing Report to the Compliance Department in Warsaw or Gdansk.

    Oral report

At the Submitter's request, a Whistleblowing Report can be made orally at a face-to-face meeting organised in Warsaw or Gdansk within 14 days of receipt of such request.

  2. External

A report can be made through the Ombudsman (contact details are available here) or other public authority.
